History
Welcome to PRG
PRG Real Estate Management is a company
that buys, improves and actively manages apartment communities
in the Mid Atlantic and Southeast regions. We have a focused
formula for success: acquire properties in excellent locations,
continually upgrade them, and count on the best people to
manage them for peak performance. To date, we own and manage
over 8,000 units from Pennsylvania to Florida.
We founded PRG in 1985 because we saw that
the time was right for a new and highly professional approach
to acquiring, renovating and managing apartments.
We believe in hiring talented people with
college degrees. We then give them the technology and training
to deliver consistent results for PRG’s own projects—and
for properties we manage on a contract basis.
Our early vision is now a reality. We have
a solid portfolio of high performing assets. We’re financially
healthy, and we’re a nimble, 250+ person organization.
We take a long-term view, and seek
partners who share our philosophy. Because we are financially
strong enough to support our own projects, PRG is able to
concentrate on building trust and creating productive ongoing
relationships.
