This is a high-profile entry-level position
with substantial responsibility. Those who are successful
here will be ready for promotion within 6 to 12 months, and
will then be able to assume full management duties for a PRG
property.
In this job, you’ll work hard and
learn fast. You’ll need good communication and computer
skills, and you should expect to work some holidays and weekends.
You’ll also benefit from one of the best training programs
in the industry.
The job has profit and loss (P&L)
responsibility,
and you’ll have the authority to administer management-approved
rental and marketing programs. We’ll want your input
too, and we’ll expect you to generate some solid ideas
for improving profitability.
Candidates for this position should have
a Bachelor’s or an Associate’s degree and two
years of relevant work experience.
