As Marketing Director at one of PRG’s
larger properties, you will use all of your creativity and
persuasive skills to position and market your community as
a desirable and affordable place to live.
You’ll run the entire marketing office.
And you’ll develop and implement a monthly marketing
program, including coordinating advertising. Energy, enthusiasm
and people skills are extremely important. You’ll be
responsible for marketing staff supervision and training,
including instructions in PRG’s sophisticated selling
techniques.
Marketing Director positions are high-profile
assignments at PRG and we generally promote from within. For
outside candidates, we expect you to have a Bachelor’s
or Associate’s degree and several years of relevant
experience in progressively responsible positions.
