In this exciting entry-level position, you
will be responsible for leasing apartments.
You will learn PRG’s sophisticated
sales techniques, and you’ll play a key role in developing
and implementing the monthly marketing plan, compiling the
monthly marketing survey, and preparing new advertising and
direct mail campaigns. Another important duty will be visiting
HR departments at large employers to tell them about your
community’s advantages for relocating employees.
You will be expected to know your market
inside out, including the strengths and weaknesses of our
competition. You’ll work directly with an experienced
property manager and you’ll have the benefit of PRG’s
extensive resources behind you. If you are successful, you’ll
be an excellent candidate for promotion to Marketing Director.
Candidates for this position should have
a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, along with
two to three years of relevant working experience.
