This is your chance to actually run a multi-million
dollar business at an early stage of your career. If you have
the knowledge, skills and the desire to handle this kind of
responsibility, we want to hear from you. PRG has openings
both for Property Manager and Manager-in-Training.
Both positions require a Bachelor’s
or Associate’s degree and at least two years of relevant
experience. If you’ve worked with a nationally recognized
property management firm, it’s a plus.
As a PRG property manager, you will report
to the Regional Director or Senior Property Manager. You’ll
have overall financial responsibility, including developing
and implementing a business plan, overseeing rent collections,
and reducing delinquencies. You will also make sure that all
major maintenance projects are completed on time and on budget.
Your people skills are very important, too.
You will need to train, motivate and successfully manage your
staff. You’ll need outstanding communications skills
because you’ll be in charge of all resident programs
and marketing efforts for the property.
If this is the kind of challenge you’re
looking for, please send us your resume.
