For all properties we manage, we look to the long term. We establish and follow 10-year capital improvement programs to maintain the physical integrity of the asset.

Advanced information systems tie everything together. This enables us to know the collections and the status of each unit every day. We can also quickly generate market analysis and income projections so we know exactly where we are and what we need to do.
