Rob Connolly
Fund Director of Acquisitions

Prior to joining PRG, Mr. Connolly spent four years with The RADCO Companies based out of Atlanta, GA. He was responsible for researching and identifying target markets, sourcing investment opportunities, and evaluating exit strategies within their current portfolio. Mr. Connolly later assumed asset management responsibilities for a 4,000-unit portfolio, creating value through operational efficiencies. He assisted in the Acquisition and Disposition of multifamily assets with a collective value in excess of $300 million during his tenure. Before starting his professional career, Mr. Connolly attended Florida State University, where he graduated with a double major in Real Estate and Finance. Mr. Connolly is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) Emerging Leaders. Rob is a traveling enthusiast, and, as a Florida native, he enjoys spending his free time on the water, golfing, or anything that keeps him outside.

Sarah E. Wieman
Senior Manager of Marketing & Branding

Ms. Wieman is the Senior Manager of Branding and Marketing at PRG Real Estate. She is responsible for developing the company-wide marketing programs and directing the overall brand cohesiveness of PRG and its properties. Ms. Wieman effectively partners with property operations, asset management, and acquisitions to ensure efficient management and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives for stabilized communities and communities undergoing lease-up and renovation. Ms. Wieman specializes in brand empowerment, social media strategy, and curating creative content. Before joining PRG Real Estate, Ms. Wieman was the head of Marketing for a lifestyle company in South Florida and the Marketing Coordinator for the prominent Philadelphia Real Estate broker, Allan Domb. Ms. Wieman has an undergraduate degree from Philadelphia University in Fashion Merchandising and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University with a concentration in Consumer Engagement through Social Media Channels. In 2020, Ms. Wieman was appointed to the Advisory Council for George Washington University. Ms. Wieman is a yoga, food, and travel enthusiast and, while not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her pets (a dog, cat, and horse), family and friends.

Devon Ditko
Marketing Coordinator

Devon Ditko is the Marketing Coordinator at PRG Real Estate. She supports the strategic oversight of the online reputation management of PRG's property portfolio while executing marketing campaigns that optimize onsite leasing. Devon specializes in empowering the PRG brand and sub-brands through design, content creation, social media strategy, and paid Google advertising. Devon graduated magna cum laude from Temple University in 2019 with a degree in Media Studies and Production and a minor in Public Relations. She is currently pursuing her Google Ad Certification. In her free time, Devon enjoys scrolling Pinterest for her next DIY project and going on adventures with her fiancé and pup, Leo.

Cedric Hendrix
Marketing & Training Specialist

Mr. Hendrix, Marketing & Training Specialist, began his career with PRG in 2011 and has been in property management for more than 18 years. Mr. Hendrix has served in multiple on-site roles including Leasing Representative, Leasing Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Property Manager. In 2015, Mr. Hendrix transitioned into the newly created role of Marketing & Training Specialist. In this role, Mr. Hendrix travels to PRG's properties to assist with new hire onboard training for all leasing team members to ensure they are setup for success. Mr. Hendrix is responsible for all companywide leasing training initiatives. Over the years, Mr. Hendrix has received many prestigious awards, including Leasing Agent of the Year, Team Player of the Year and was the 1st recipient of PRG's Most Valuable Player of the Year Award in 2017. In October of 2020, Mr. Hendrix was also a panelist on the National Apartment Association’s Diversity and Inclusion webinar. When Mr. Hendrix is not training PRG’s leasing team members, he enjoys watching TV or movies, cooking, traveling to tropical destinations and spending time with family and friends.

Chelsea Schell
Project Manager

Chelsea began her career at PRG in 2016 as a Leasing Agent at Linkhorn Bay Apartments in Virginia Beach. From 2016 to 2019, she filled in multiple on-site roles including MIT (Manager in Training) and Leasing Manager. During this time, she earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) credentials. In 2019, she was promoted to Project Administrative Assistant and made an exciting move to PRG’s Home Office in Philadelphia. She reports to Kathleen Betz and works closely with Mark Peele managing capex related tasks and national accounts. After working hours, you can find Chelsea exploring her new city and eating her way through Philadelphia’s food scene with her friends and family.

Heather Martinelli
Executive Assistant

Ms. Martinelli is the Executive Assistant for PRG Real Estate. She began her career at PRG 10 years ago as the office manager and was promoted to her current position as Executive Assistant. Ms. Martinelli is responsible for prioritizing the company's correspondence, contributing to the home office organization, and liaising between PRG and company-wide vendors. She is the lead planner of the PRG Real Estate annual leadership conference, assists with legal issues and delinquency collections and supports our C-level executives. Ms. Martinelli has a BA in Political Science and International Relations from West Chester University, where she was nationally ranked in public speaking. When she is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two beautiful daughters, and her dog Thor.

Dana Dobrowolski
Investment Accounting Manager

Dana is the Investment Accounting Manager for PRG Real Estate. She began her career at PRG in 2012 as a Property Accountant, was promoted to a Senior Property Accountant in 2015, and in 2021 she received her current title as the Investment Accounting Manager. She oversees all investment accounting which includes PRG Capital Management and PRG Multifamily Fund I. She also maintains and produces investment reporting packages and distribution recommendations for the non-fund portfolio. Dana received her undergraduate accounting degree from Holy Family University, her MBA and MS in Taxation at Philadelphia University, and her CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in 2015. She is a Philadelphia and college (go Irish) sports enthusiast. When not at the office, she enjoys teaching indoor cycling, exploring new hiking trails, playing competitive cornhole, and hanging out with her fur babies, Win Butler and Tug McGraw.

Cheryl Mitchell
Senior Property Accountant

Cheryl Mitchell is a Senior Property Accountant for PRG Real Estate. She has been a part of PRG for 14 years and is responsible for the day-to-day accounting of the Virginia portion of our portfolio and our new development deals. Mrs. Mitchell received her undergraduate accounting degree from Philadelphia University in Accounting and Finance. When she is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, riding bikes, and exploring new parks. Her goal is to one day retire to the sunshine state.

Bill Lowe
Senior Property Accountant

Bill Lowe is a property accountant at PRG Real Estate. He has been a part of PRG for four years and is responsible for the day-to-day accounting of properties in Kentucky, Virginia, Missouri, and South Carolina. Mr. Lowe is an avid Sports fan, and when not at the office, he enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and watching a game.

Jeremy Roberts
Property Accountant

Jeremy Roberts is a property accountant at PRG Real Estate. He joined PRG as an intern in the summer of 2021 and was quickly offered a full-time position as a property accountant. Currently, Mr. Roberts is finishing his undergraduate degree in accounting from Penn State University and will graduate in late 2021. He is the recipient of the Penn State President's Award and the Margaret Taub Business Scholarship. Mr. Roberts is responsible for day-to-day accounting functions for various properties in the PRG portfolio, internal audits, and other accounting tasks. When not at the office, Mr. Roberts enjoys heading to sporting events (especially his favorite team, Penn State), wrestling matches, and concerts. He is an avid movie watcher and collects college sports jerseys.

Kareem Murphy
IT Systems Administrator

Mr. Murphy started his career at PRG in April 2019. He is primarily responsible for maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of all PRG computers, servers, and virtualization. He installs and upgrades computer components and software, manages virtual servers, and integrates automated processes. He is also responsible for performing regular backup operations and implementing appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and fail-over procedures. Mr. Murphy received his B.S. in Information Technology from Bloomsburg University. When Mr. Murphy is not configuring and upgrading PRG’s infrastructure, he likes to spend his free time drawing, travelling, and trying new things.

Stephanie Barlow
IT Systems Analyst

Ms. Barlow is the IT Analyst at PRG Real Estate. She began her career at PRG in 2009 as a manager in training and currently holds a dual title of Assistant Property Manager at Linkhorn Bay and IT Analyst. As the IT analyst, she is responsible for managing the field users' daily support needs and continually improving the IT infrastructure, policies, and procedures. Ms. Barlow has a BS in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two children, going to the beach, and riding her bike.

Kelly Hathaway
Corporate Treasurer

Ms. Hathaway began her career at PRG in 2009. She started in the Accounts Payable department, where she helped implement the department's initiative to go paperless. In 2021 she was promoted to Corporate Treasurer, where she oversees the daily operations of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Collections Departments. With over 20 years of experience in accounts payable and receivables, Ms. Hathaway works with the properties to ensure all transactions are appropriately posted and managed. In her spare time, she loves playing board games and watching her three children play basketball.

Valerie Ross
Collections Administrator

Valerie Ross is the Collections Administrator for PRG Real Estate. She has been a part of PRG for seven years and is responsible for auditing the collections files, collecting balances owed, and tracking the collections files with outside collections agencies. Mrs. Ross assists with the development of the collection policies and procedures. She ensures compliance with the Fair Housing, American Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Credit Act, and all other laws pertaining to housing. In 2020, Mrs. Ross was responsible for a record-breaking collections year of over 1 million dollars. When not at the office, Mrs. Ross enjoys spending time with her grandson, traveling with her husband, and spending time with family and friends.

Nicole Knowles
Accounts Payable Specialist

Ms. Knowles is the Accounts Payable Specialist at PRG Real Estate. She began at PRG in 2018 and is responsible for reviewing and ensuring that all invoices are correctly posted for each property. Ms. Knowles also assists the properties with troubleshooting and resolving any Yardi Payscan issues. She is a Philadelphia native, and when she is not at the office, she enjoys dancing and singing.

Andrew DiCamillo
Human Resources Generalist

Mr. DiCamillo, currently the Human Resources (HR) Generalist, with PRG began his time with the Company in the Fall of 2017. Mr. DiCamillo was initially brought on in a temporary role as the department’s HR Intern, however, by the end of this term, a full-time Coordinator role was created for him in the Spring of 2018 until eventually being promoted to an HR Generalist in 2021. In his current role, Mr. DiCamillo is responsible for facilitating strategic talent acquisition efforts, benefits program administration, and education and assisting the department with employee relations and organizational development. He also partners with PRG’s employees and management to communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations. Mr. DiCamillo received his B.A. in Psychological and Social Sciences and M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He holds also an SHRM-CP Credential from the Society for Human Resources Management. While Mr. DiCamillo is not manning the HR front lines, he likes to stay active playing in multiple soccer leagues, golf, and darts. You can find him in the summers soaking up the sun with his friends and family at the shore.

Robert White
Payroll Specialist

Mr. White is the Payroll Specialist for PRG Real Estate. Mr. White is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the final payroll reports, timesheets, and spreadsheets. He supports the Human Resource Department with employee-related issues regarding record keeping and communication. Additionally, Mr. White adheres to the city, country, state, and federal payroll regulations, 401K talking to the various agencies for payroll and employees' statistics, all states for child support, garnishment taxes. Mr. White is originally from Brooklyn and has a background in Architectural Drafting from the Mechanics Institute of New York. He is a die-hard New York Yankees and Dallas Cowboys fan, and When he is not at the office, Mr. White enjoys spending time with his family and travelling.

Erika Johnson
Regional Director (Florida & Missouri)

Mrs. Johnson, Regional Director, began her career at PRG in 2009 as a Manager-in-Training. She worked in multiple properties and roles from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager prior to becoming Regional Director. She is an example of the company’s opportunities for growth and merit base promotions from within the organization. Currently, she oversees the acquisitions, dispositions, and operations of the Florida and Missouri properties. Mrs. Johnson received her BS in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. She holds certifications from the National Apartment Association and Institute of Real Estate Management as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), and a Candidate for Certified Property Manager (CPM). She has served in the local Apartment Association Board of Directors, chaired various committees, and recipient of the Golden Key Regional Director of the Year award. In her free time, she loves being a tourist and collecting stamps on her passport with her husband, but most of all she is enjoying her new promotion as a mom to a beautiful baby girl.

Dennale DeFilippo
Regional Director (South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia)

Ms. DeFilippo is the Regional Director for PRG Real Estate's Virginia (Roanoke), North Carolina (Charlotte), and South Carolina Region. She has been with PRG for six years and is responsible for overseeing each of her property's operations. Her proficiency in management ensures all properties adhere to the company standards. Ms. DeFilippo's dynamic leadership permits her onsite teams to successfully set and reach leasing goals, maintain stabilizing at the property level, introduce innovative marketing concepts, and introduce effective training programs. Ms. DeFilippo has a BS in business communications from the University of Cincinnati, where she met her husband when they played division one sports. She also is CAPS certified. When she is not at the office, she spends time with her three beautiful babies (2 ½ year-old twins and her 1-year-old son).

Danielle Porche
Regional Director (Kentucky)

Danielle began her career with PRG in 2008, after completing her Bachelor's degree at the University of Kentucky (Go Cats!). Danielle served multiple on-site positions in PRG's Louisville and Lexington markets before accepting her current Regional Director position in 2015. Danielle holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations from the National Apartment Association. In addition to her position with PRG, Danielle proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Kentucky (AAK) and the Greater Lexington Apartment Association (GLAA), holding the office of Secretary in the latter. Outside of work, Danielle and her husband Brett enjoy hiking trails with their dog, Dakota, working out aggression at the kickboxing gym, and exploring more than their fair share of local restaurants in their hometown of Louisville, KY.

Rita Zepeda
Regional Director (North Carolina, Virgina)

Rita Zepeda, CPM®, CAPS, CAM, ARM®, serves as Regional Director overseeing over 2,000 units in NC and VA. She also serves as the Executive CPM® in charge of PRG’s Accredited Management Organization® (AMO®) certification through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Rita started her career with PRG in 2008 as a Manager-In-Training, was promoted to Marketing Director in 2008, to Property Manager in 2008, to Senior Property Manager in 2010, to Regional Director in 2014, and was designated as the Executive CPM® in 2018. Rita is an Honor Graduate from UNC-Chapel Hill, a graduate of the National Apartment Association Leadership Lyceum as well as a graduate of NC Triangle Apartment Association Leadership of Excellence Program. Rita is a Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) and is an Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM®) through IREM. In addition, she earned the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations through the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI). Rita serves as President-Elect for the Board of Directors of IREM Chapter 105, serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at the National Apartment Association, and served for over 9 years in a variety of roles at the Triangle Apartment Association, including as Vice President of the Board of Directors. Rita is happily married, has two inquisitive boys, a long hair chihuahua, and resides in Durham, NC. Rita enjoys learning, traveling, organizing, planting, and more importantly, spending quality time with family and friends.

Jayme Presley
Regional Director (Virginia)

Miss Presley, Regional Director (Virginia), began her career at PRG in 2010. Miss Presley served in multiple on-site property management roles such as Manager in Training, Business Manager, Subject Matter Expert, and Property Manager. In 2016, Miss Presley was promoted to Regional Director in Hampton Roads. Miss Presley holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations. She is a dedicated member of the VAMA Board of Directors and Advisory Committee as well as the NAA Apartmentalize and G.I.V.E.S Committees and volunteers her time as a records manager for a 501-C3 charity. She was also honored with the Corporate Employee of the Year award through VAMA|HR in 2020. When Miss Presley has free time away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing BINGO, and drinking Diet Coke. She also still holds the record for being the leading scorer with 1,554 points for her high school basketball team, the Council Cobras.
