Mr. Sam Foster, Chief Executive Officer, began his career with PRG in 2004. In his first years at PRG, Mr. Foster served in various onsite property management capacities gaining invaluable experience running the day to day operations of multifamily communities. In 2007 Mr. Foster was brought to Philadelphia to focus on acquisition opportunities, overall company expansion, and in 2011 optimizing property operations. In 2013, he was elevated to his current position of Chief Executive Officer of PRG Real Estate. During his tenure, he has been directly responsible for the acquisition, development, and financing of well over $1.5 billion of multifamily communities throughout the United States. Mr. Foster also serves as CEO and Managing Director of PRG Capital Management, PRGs in-house Real Estate fund manager. Mr. Foster received his BS in Mathematics from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from Temple Universitys Fox School of Business.

In his spare time, he enjoys travelling with his wife and English Bulldog, Fergus. He is a deal-junkie at heart and is known to discuss apartment deals 24/7 with various stakeholders regardless of whether he is at the hotel pool, ballpark, or much to his wifes chagrin, the restaurant dinner table.

Kathleen Betz is Chief Operating Officer at PRG Real Estate, responsible for strategic operations of the companys 10,000+ units across 40 communities. Kathleen oversees all property management operations, marketing, training, asset, and construction management for the companys growing portfolio. She and her team are focused on maximizing performance, delivering value, and creating a great place to live and work. Prior to joining the PRG team in 2016, Kathleen worked for Liberty Property Trust in the Acquisitions group where she was responsible for acquisition and disposition activity for Libertys office and industrial portfolio, as well as financing and development activity. Kathleen also previously worked at PRG, during which time she was responsible for a variety of capacities including asset management, investor reporting, and revenue management.

Kathleen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Dickinson College as well as a Master of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Since joining PRG Real Estate in 2017, Lindsay Lenow, Director of Human Resources, has been keenly focused on building an unrivaled HR program which not only attracts and engages the industries best and brightest, but also identifies, develops, listens, and holds on to the talented people who built the company we know and love. Ms. Lenow is responsible for directing all HR strategies and practices related to recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, employee relations issue remediation, and safety to optimize strategic and operational performance for the organization.

Ms. Lenow has over 10 years of human resources experience across the property management, utilities, and pharmaceutical industries. She received her MBA in Human Resources Management and BA in IO Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Ms. Lenow also holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential and is a member of the Philly SHRM Chapter where she serves on the symposium committee. When shes not with her PRG family in Port Richmond, you can find this homebody and avid animal-lover enjoying the beautiful lakes and woods of Medford with her husband, daughter, and two Great Pyrenees pups by her side.

Ms. MacDonald, Vice President of Training & Marketing, began her career at PRG in 2007. From 2007 to 2012, Ms. MacDonald served in multiple on-site property management roles such as Manager in Training, Regional Training Coordinator, and Property Manager. In 2012, Ms. MacDonald was promoted to Digital Marketing Manager for the entire PRG portfolio based at the Home Office in Philadelphia. In 2014, Ms. MacDonald transitioned into the newly created role of Director of Training. In this role, Ms. MacDonald developed a department that is entirely responsible for all company-wide training programs. Currently, Ms. MacDonald is responsible for overseeing PRGs policies and procedures program, PRGs customer satisfaction program, CRM leasing software, new hire onboarding, PRGs Leadership Development Program and ongoing training throughout the PRG portfolio. Ms. MacDonald received her BS in Business Management from North Carolina State University. She holds the Certified Apartment Manager credential (CAM) and is a member of the NAAEI faculty.

When Ms. MacDonald is not training PRGs future leaders, you can find her flying high in the sky as her husbands copilot or on an adventure with her handsome pup, Parker.

Mr. Fitzpatrick joined the PRG team in 2015, bringing over 12 years of IT experience across multiple disciplines including network and server infrastructure and disaster recovery. Currently, Mr. Fitzpatrick is responsible for overseeing PRGs IT strategy, policy, purchasing, contracts, and operations. Since joining PRG he has implemented new IT systems throughout the PRG portfolio of properties that utilize the latest technology to improve efficiency and security. Mr. Fitzpatrick holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Temple Universitys Fox School of Business, and a BS in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University.

Mark is the Director of Maintenance and Construction at PRG Real Estate. He began his career at PRG in 2014 as a Senior Maintenance Supervisor and has since transitioned to several other leadership roles within the company. Mark was promoted to his current position in 2018. Mark is responsible for various functions relating to the renovation, ongoing property improvements, and maintenance of our multifamily portfolio. Mark provides leadership, training opportunities, and maintenance oversight to the Regional Maintenance Directors. When Mark is not at the office, you can find him playing golf or spending time with his family.

Tamida Edwards is the Chief Accounting Officer at PRG Real Estate, responsible for overseeing the accounting department, including treasury, property accounting, fund accounting, and accounts payable. Tamida is responsible for managing audits, the tax process, monthly financial reporting, quarterly distributions, and accounting transactions for acquisitions and dispositions.
Tamida provides a wealth of experience to PRG Real Estate with over 20 years of accounting, 13 years in property management, and 7 years in real estate development. She has an undergraduate degree from UCLA in Psychological Biology and an MBA in Accounting from LaSalle University. she has had success in streamlining the implementation of new accounting processes and optimizing the strategic development of an accounting department in four short years. When Tamida is not at the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her two rescue dogs.

Miss Presley, Director of Asset Management, began her career at P.R.G. in 2010. Miss Presley served in multiple on-site property management roles such as Manager in Training, Business Manager, Subject Matter Expert, and Property Manager. In 2016, Miss Presley was promoted to Regional Director in Hampton Roads, and in 2020 she was promoted to Director of Asset Management. Miss Presley holds the Certified Apartment Manager (C.A.M.) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations. She is a dedicated member of the VAMA. Board of Directors and Advisory Committee, as well as the NAA Apartmentalize and GIVES. Committees and volunteers her time as a records manager for a 501-C3 charity. She was also honored with the Corporate Employee of the Year award through VAMA|HR in 2020. When Miss Presley has free time away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing BINGO, and drinking Diet Coke. She still holds the record for being the leading scorer with 1,554 points for her high school basketball team, the Council Cobras.
